What is leadership?
There are four important aspects to leadership: prospecting, appointing,
training & developing. It is through prospecting & recruiting that you start your downline.
Think.... the Power of 3
Whether it is looking for new representatives or customers, one way is the power of three. If
you talk to 3 people a day for 5 days, that's 15 potential new people... that would be 60 in a month... that would be 720
in a year. Because the rule of thumb is you will talk to 10 names for one recruit and you will talk to 20 recruits for
1 unit leader, you need to use the power of three. It makes a difference.
